| I’m writing a quick note to thank you for helping me and my riding companion the other day when we were passing through Hickory. We are from the Birmingham area and were on our way home from the Outer Banks when I had a minor problem with my Ultra. Please commend Eric Crosby for his pleasant and speedy help. He had us back up and going within minutes. Whenever I’m back up anywhere near Hickory I will make it a point to get in to see everyone. Everyone from Eric to the sales personnel was so kind and courteous. Thanks again for making my riding experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. Just goes to show you, if you’re on a Harley, you have many friends along the open road.

"Sometimes I fail to get out of myself long enough to take time to thank those that go out of their way to help me and let them know how much I appreciate them. Although my '09 Street Glide was not purchased at Blue Ridge, Charley did make a valiant effort to acquire it from the dealer I purchased it from. Chris and Eric have done a bang-up job in accomodating me with the few inconveniences I've had where service has been concerned and the guys out back are prompt, very prompt. I have serious doubts that you could find a better parts and accessories man than Glenn. Leigh, Ronai, and Teresa have been unequaled when it comes to providing what my family needs in apparel. Although the recent economy has taken a serious toll on the folks and businesses in our area, you'd never know it in the way this dealership expresses its interest in its customers.

"My wife found a pair of boots she wanted "Harley Clause" to bring this year. I called back, and asked that they be set back. Later on, I called and Teresa found the boots, and I paid for them over the phone. I went yesterday and rode the 180 miles to pick them up. There they were, just as promised. They even had a hot cup of coffee to help warm up my bones before I hopped back on my 2005 Fat Boy to make the trek back home!"

"I recently purchased my first Harley. I bought this bike used, but the previous owner purchased it new from Blue Ridge. While in the process of considering the purchase of this bike, I contacted Blue Ridge to verify the service history on the bike and ask some questions about financing. Even though the folks at Blue Ridge had nothing to gain by me purchasing this bike, they were exteremely helpful and informative. They treated me just as if I had been their customer for years and told me if there was anything they could help me with the purchase of this bike, not to hesitate to call them. Even though Blue Ridge is not the closest Harley Dealer to where I live, I will be doing business with them in the future for my service and other needs on my new-used bike. When the day comes when I consider purchasing my next bike, Blue Ridge will be the first place I go. Thanks for all your help!"

"I must convey how impressed I was with your service staff during a recent visit to Blue Ridge HD. I would like to personally thank Chris OConnor, Keith Wagner, Paul Davis and the "other Paul" (last name unknown) for their initiative and expertise in diagnosing and repairing deteriorating inner primary bearing that could/would have led to a more serious problem. Unfortunately, the noisy problem was ignored by personnel at "another dealership" on numerous occasions recently and was obviously not taken seriously nor addressed...not a bolt turned! I must admit that the professional attitudes and interest demonstrated by your staff were very encouraging and greatly helped repair any wavering feelings I may have had.

"I took my motorcycle to the dealership to have some work done on it. They did the work within reasonable time and the price was fair compared to the market area. There is a good bunch of men working in the service area and they all seemed very knowledgable in the area of working on motorcycles. My bike was fixed and I have put about 600 miles on it since and have not had any problems after it was repaired.I would like to say I will more than likely be back when I need work done to my bike."

"My wife Sue and I were en route to the Jersey Shore when her 2005 FXDL experienced a problem with the instrument cluster. We showed up at BRHD at opening time on July 23 for repairs. By 12:30PM we were on the road again. The dealership is beautiful. The customer lounge area is very comfortable and the staff accommodating. Thanks for the "leg-up"."

"I just wanted to send a word of thanks for the service I recieved on 6-21-08. My 03 Softail Standard had some carb problems as we were leaving our motel in Hickory, we were at the Shell Station and one of the salesmen, ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name ) came by and asked if we needed some help. He went to the shop and had Eric in Service call me. After I explained my problem to him he said he would send someone to pick me up; when we got to the Service Department, they took it straight in and found the problem and had me back on the road in 1 1/2 hrs. I would like to thank Harold, Eric, Keith, the salesman and service tech, and also Kelly in the Clothes department for the great service I received while at the dealership. Also I would like to recommend for anyone wanting a good motel, the Sleep Inn is close by, the rooms and staff were nice and clean. It is located beside Hooters. When I am ready to buy another Harley I will buy from Blue Ridge HD. Thanks"

"Outstanding! Excellent service and hospitality. To me, the epitome of what one should experience when going into a Harley dealership. Others should strive to emulate. I would rate this one as probably the top one I have ever been to and I have been to MANY throughout the U.S. This last weekend I was driving through and had some things that needed to be fixed. The Senior Tech Paul Davis started wrenching on my bike the moment I brought it in and then explained to me in detail what the problem was. The parts I needed were at another dealership and wouldn't be able to be picked up until the following morning. I was provided a ride to the nearest hotel and the Service Advisor Keith Wagner personally picked up my part when they opened the doors the next morning which I am sure greatly helped in getting me back on the road in a timely manner. What could have been a horrible end to a great weekend of camping a riding turned out to be just another interesting part of my journey where I made a few new friends. Keep up the good job. Whenever I am riding down I-40 I will surely stop in. "

"While on my way to Asheville I saw your dealership from I-40 but it was late and you were already closed.After returning to Greensboro where we were staying, I told my wife that I wanted to go back on Sunday.Sure glad I did.If the dealer here in Florida where I bought my 07 FLHX treated me like you guys did I probably would have got my wife a bike too.No such luck,guess there to busy to be as helpful and friendly as you guys were.I only bought a few shirts (which I will wear whenever I go to the dealer here)but the ladies up front are great.The entire store is.Great selection of bikes,parts,everything.I will be sure to stop in again on our next trip up,hopefully riding not driving,but will stop for sure.Thanks for making a good trip great !!"

"On July 24th I brought my 2006 1200XL into the Service Dept. for a recall notice, and also with a recurring stopping problem. I had another dealership look at the problem with no resolution. I spoke to the service writer and he took the time to listen and understand what the problem was. He called me later on in the week to tell me that after initial checks the problem seemed resolved, however he had them go back over it again and they were able to recreate the stopping problem. This allowed them to diagnose the issue and change out a sensor. When I picked up the bike he had it tested again, which it still ran fine. I brought the bike home that day and they called me that evening to follow up. I was so impressed with their commitment to customer service. This was a far cry from the servie I had recieved from the HD dealership where I bought my bike. Going forward ALL of my HD dealings will be with Blue Ridge."

"We went to the Honda dealer first thing that morning and the sales guy wouldn't give us the time of day so we went to Blue Ridge H-D. I told my soon-to-be wife I bet her five dollars someone will talk to us with in the first 5 minutes we or in there. Sure enough "Stumpy" greeted us within the first 60 seconds and made our dream come true
