| I’m writing a quick note to thank you for helping me and my riding companion the other day when we were passing through Hickory. We are from the Birmingham area and were on our way home from the Outer Banks when I had a minor problem with my Ultra. Please commend Eric Crosby for his pleasant and speedy help. He had us back up and going within minutes. Whenever I’m back up anywhere near Hickory I will make it a point to get in to see everyone. Everyone from Eric to the sales personnel was so kind and courteous. Thanks again for making my riding experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. Just goes to show you, if you’re on a Harley, you have many friends along the open road.

"While on my way to Ashville I saw your dealership from I-40 but it was late and you were already closed.After returning to Greensboro where we were staying, I told my wife that I wanted to go back on Sunday.Sure glad I did.If the dealer here in Florida where I bought my 07 FLHX treated me like you guys did I probably would have got my wife a bike too.No such luck,guess there to busy to be as helpful and friendly as you guys were.I only bought a few shirts (which I will wear whenever I go to the dealer here)but the ladies up front are great.The entire store is.Great selection of bikes,parts,everything.I will be sure to stop in again on our next trip up,hopefully riding not driving,but will stop for sure.Thanks for making a good trip great !!"

"On July 24th I brought my 2006 1200XL into the Service Dept. for a recall notice, and also with a recurring stopping problem. I had another dealership look at the problem with no resolution. I spoke to R.C. at the service desk and he took the time to listen and understand what the problem was. He called me later on in the week to tell me that after initial checks the problem seemed resolved, however he had them go back over it again and they were able to recreate the stopping problem. This allowed them to diagnose the issue and change out a sensor. When I picked up the bike he had it tested again, which it still ran fine. I brought the bike home that day and R.C. called me that evening to follow up. I was so impressed with his commitment to customer service. This was a far cry from the servie I had recieved from the HD dealership where I bought my bike. Going forward ALL of my HD dealings will be with Blue Ridge."

"Just wanted to say thanks for a great experience at BR. I just purchased my first Harley June 4, '07. I was encouraged to sit on a Sportster by one of the lady's at the front desk (sorry I cant remember her name,but she was awesome). Anyway, she showed me the differences in the weight of the Sportster and the Dyna low rider,and talked to me about a riders safety class and many other things pertaining to riding.(If it helps she meet her 2nd husband at a Poker Run). Thanks to her and Stumpy, I now have my own Harley and a motorcycle safety class as well as my motorcycle license. She should be a sales associate in bikes not just general merchandise, she knows her bikes. Thanks so much for all your help and encouragement. "We went to the Honda dealer first thing that morning and the sales guy wouldn't give us the time of day so we went to Blue Ridge H-D. I told my soon-to-be wife I bet her five dollars someone will talk to us with in the first 5 minutes we or in there. Sure enough "Stumpy" greeted us within the first 60 seconds and made our dream come true

"Traded my XL883C that i had purchased at another dealer in for a 06 FXSTBI at Blue Ridge (it all started out as just a visit to gather some info but left with a bike).
The purchase experience at Blue Ridge was far superior to the one i had from the other dealer when buying the sporty. From the time you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by one of the lovely ladies on the showroom floor. (Jess, hope you get to feeling better).
They took the time to walk me around the dealership and introduce me to everyone i may need to see in the future which also impressed me.
The salesman Randy was top notch and had me ready to go in no time. I highly recommend seeing him if interested in purchasing a bike.
The entire staff at Blue Ridge have set the standard for other dealerships to go by!

"I'm new to riding and won't have a H-D for a while yet, but I really like the motorclothes, accessories, etc. I was in the store on Monday, May 29, and even though I was just buying a pair of gloves and looking at helmets, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave me pointers as to glove and helmet sizing and benefits. When I am ready to purchase the H-D Modular Stealth helmet, you know where I'll be buying it! Thanks for the superior service.

"Just wanted to let you know we stopped by your store on our way home from a vacation in Myrtle Beach and did some shopping. Your whole staff was SOOOOOOOOOOO friendly and nice and helpful. When we got home, we realized we had forgotten to pick up a t-shirt for a friend, so we called down there and the sales clerk (Can't remember her name, but she was a really sweet lady with an Australian (?) accent)spent a good deal of time on the phone with us and found just the shirt we wanted in the size we needed and shipped it to us, and also followed up with a phone call to make sure it was the right one once we got it! You don't get service like that very often anymore. You have a great staff and a beautiful facility. Thanks for the hospitality."

"While at the Rally in the valley my odometer reset button fell off. We (my wife and I) stopped at Blue Ridge on returning home. While my wife shopped I walkedintothe service area and a guy named Paul said he would look at my bike as soon as he completed an inspection. He did as promised and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great courteous service that was most appreciated. Ihaven't been treated any better at my purchasing dealership (not kicking them either). Very comforting to know that great service and people who care are still among us. Thanks Paul!!!!

"I brought my '01 Ultra in for the 17.5K service. Service tech has a problem getting the outer primary off and placed a very small scratch on the primary cover. The service manager told me that they had scratched my outer primary cover, but that they would replace it with a new one once they received it. Woulda never known it. I took the bike back later and they replaced it with a new one. To say the least, I was VERY IMPRESSED. Will use them exclusively from now on for service. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!!"
